Ratnabali Securities Pvt. Ltd. believes in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and always looks forward for the social and economic development of the society and the Country at large. The Company has been engaged in the CSR activities much before its introduction by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs pursuant to Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013. As per Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Company is required to spend 2 % of the average net profits of the Company for the three preceding financial years. The Company contributes to various trusts, NGOs and social welfare institutions from time to time for the welfare of society. The focus areas of the Company with respect to CSR are as follows –

1. Promoting education among children especially among differently abled children and supporting the education of children belonging to the weaker section of the society though scholarship.
2. The Company also financially supports a higher secondary school in Rajasthan and a Centre for the special education of the Autistic children in Kolkata through various trusts.
3. Providing medical support and health care benefits especially to the persons belonging to weaker section of society through trusts.
4. Promoting gender equality, empowering women and creating employment for them.
5. Promoting and sponsoring nationally recognized sports and financially under privileged sportsmen.
6. Contribution to the Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund or other fund set up by the Central Government for socio economic development and relief and welfare of the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, and other backward classes.

The Company has also constituted a CSR Committee of following Directors to look into the matters related thereto –

3. Mr. Rakesh Pandiya                     - Member

The terms of reference of the CSR Committee shall inter-alia, include the following:

1. To formulate and recommend to the Board, a CSR Policy which shall indicate the activities to be undertaken by the Company as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
2. To review and recommend the amount of expenditure to be incurred on the activities to be undertaken by the Company.
3. To monitor the CSR Policy of the Company from time to time.
