Skills required:

Senior Research Analyst :
No. of Vacancies : 1

Job Profile:  
1. Reporting to the HOD – Research Department.
2. Reading Annual Reports and Financial Statements to understand the business of the company.
3 . Listening to Concalls, attending Analyst Meets and visiting the Company’s management for gathering more information.
4 . Tracking News & Events of allocated sector(s) and companies. Candidate is expected to be able to study and analyze the entire industry assessing current trends in business practices, products, and industry competition. He/She must keep abreast of new regulations or policies that may affect an industry, as well as monitor the economy to determine its effect on earnings.
5. Supervising juniors in the preparation of research report.

Skills required:
1) Strong capabilities in financial modeling and valuation method.
2) Good experience in comparative analysis
3) Strong analytical skill and ability to interpret information quickly.
4) Good written and oral communication skills and the ability to provide and defend an opinion of sub-ordinates and supervisor.


Educational Pre-requisite : MBA – Finance, CFA
Experience : 3-5 yr

Chief Operations Officer :

Job Profile:  
Candidate is expected to envision Company’s objectives and oversee daily operations of the Company. She/He is expected to work out strategies for overall improvement in efficiency standard in the Company and will be a top business executive reporting directly to the Managing Director.

Skills required:
1) Brilliant communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with persons at all levels in direct and diplomatic way. An understanding of employer and employee requirement is also necessary.
2) Strong leadership skills, including effective time management, prioritizing and delegation of work. He /She must be able to lead, coach, inspire, support and motivate employee across all departments and strive to improve best business practices.
3) Having natural creative flair and full of ideas and energy to introduce new concepts and innovations would also be advantageous.


Educational Pre-requisite : Master of Business Administration./C.A.
Experience : 8-10 yrs
